AT-LARGE BOARD MEMBER
The At-Large Board Member position is integral in supporting the Windham Youth Cheerleading Organization. This Board-level role involves consistent volunteering, Board Meeting participation, support roles at events, in preparing for the season, and coordinating tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, organization, computer, networking skills, marketing skills, creativity, and a passion for promoting youth sports.

DIRECTOR OF APPAREL, UNIFORMS, AND EQUIPMENT
The Director of Apparel, Uniforms, and Equipment position is a fun and important role for the Windham Youth Cheerleading organization. This Board-level position involves ordering and ensuring fall season equipment and apparel, including athlete uniforms, t-shirts, new pom-poms, mats, and fundraising apparel for sale in at our events before the season begins. This role also manages inventory, conducts price comparisons and collaborates with the Board's fundraising, event planning and treasurer members to bring forth a successful season. The ideal candidate is comfortable with online record keeping, Google Suite, networking, marketing, has strong organizational and time management skills.
COACHES AND TEAM PARENTS
Windham Youth Cheerleading is looking for individuals to join our spirited community as Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Parents for the upcoming 2025 season. As part of our coaching team, you’ll guide squad members during practices, games, and events while helping build their confidence and team spirit. Whether you’re leading routines as a Head Coach, providing support as an Assistant Coach, or coordinating team activities as a Team Parent, your contribution will make a lasting impact on our youth program.
