AT-LARGE BOARD MEMBER
The At-Large Board Member position is integral in supporting the Windham Youth Cheerleading Organization. This Board-level role involves consistent volunteering, Board Meeting participation, support roles at events, in preparing for the season, and coordinating tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, organization, computer, networking skills, marketing skills, creativity, and a passion for promoting youth sports.

DIRECTOR OF COACHING
The Director of Coaching position is open for applications and interviews on a rolling basis for the next couple of weeks. The Director of Coaching will select, support, help train, and facilitate growth in all facets of athlete and coaching development. The Director of Coaching will also function as a liaison with RSU 14 cheerleading coaching staff. The ideal candidate will be an experienced cheerleader and coach, have expertise in training adults, tumbling, jump technique, stunting, choreography, music selection, and dance.

COACHES AND TEAM PARENTS
Windham Youth Cheerleading is looking for individuals to join our spirited community as Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Parents for the upcoming 2025 season. As part of our coaching team, you’ll guide squad members during practices, games, and events while helping build their confidence and team spirit. Whether you’re leading routines as a Head Coach, providing support as an Assistant Coach, or coordinating team activities as a Team Parent, your contribution will make a lasting impact on our youth program.
