
The Director of Administration of Windham Youth Cheerleading (WYC) will play a critical role in ensuring effective communication, documentation, and organization within the Board of Directors. This Board-level position involves managing meeting minutes and location, maintaining official records, supporting registration, managing infrastructure needs, and supporting Board operations. The Director of Administration will work closely with other Board members to ensure smooth and efficient governance of the organization.

The Director of Digital Operations is integral in enhancing the visibility and engagement of the Windham Youth Cheerleading Organization. (WYC). This Board-level role involves managing and updating the organization's website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc), and communicating with members through email updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and web design skills, marketing skills, creativity, and a passion for promoting youth sports.

COACHES AND TEAM PARENTS
Windham Youth Cheerleading is looking for individuals to join our spirited community as Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Parents for the upcoming 2025 season. As part of our coaching team, you’ll guide squad members during practices, games, and events while helping build their confidence and team spirit. Whether you’re leading routines as a Head Coach, providing support as an Assistant Coach, or coordinating team activities as a Team Parent, your contribution will make a lasting impact on our youth program.
